The hotel is located on a hilltop overlooking the Arabian sea, offering a beautiful view. The rooms with open showers in the Keralahouse were exactly as shown in the pictures on the site, but the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The service was fantastic with prompt responses to any request, but some issues were not resolved effectively. The location is excellent, and the price offers value for money.
The hotel had an excellent location with beautiful grounds, a unique private beach, and lush gardens overlooking the sea. The service was friendly and helpful, although sometimes a bit disorganized. The dining experience was truly perfect, offering healthy, nutritious cooking. The rooms were normal and did not quite offer a luxurious feel for the price paid.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms fully covered with glass and a transparent curtain, creating a visible and unique ambiance. However, the cucumber and cheese sandwich fingers were not to my liking. The service stands out as world-class, although there was some disturbance from a private wedding during my stay. The location provides stunning ocean views but was affected by noise from nearby construction. The dining experience was delightful, but lacked North Indian preferences. Overall, a mix of pros and cons.
The hotel offers individually decorated rooms that are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing privacy and featuring an open shower in the Keralahouse. The service was very accommodating and helpful, making it one of the best moments during the stay. The location is surrounded by nature, overlooking the ocean from a hilltop. The dining experience was exceptional with plenty of choices but could enhance North Indian preferences. The facilities provided added convenience to the overall stay.
